Demarcation means establishment of boundaries or limits that categorizes the entire content on the
basis of some different aspects.
Due to the present vast syllabus, it's very difficult for the students to judge which question is
important and how much it is important. keeping this in mind the unique idea of 'Demarcated
Sahayika' is introduced by Ray & Martin for the first time in West Bengal.
As the tools of demarcation, stars and screens of different colours are used to highlight it. For
the curious students different segments like - ' Jene Rakho ', ' Advanced Studies ', ' For High-Flyers '
and HOT-Qs are also included.
Based on this Demartion Theory, this 'Demarcated Sahayika' is made not only for brilliant students,
